display number of matched elements on top (as it was before 3.0), not on bottom

      In zabbix-2.x number of matched elements located on the top of page (see screenshot).

      There is inconvience introduced on zabbix-3.x: number of matched elements now displayed on bottom of the screen, so user have to scroll down all page to find number of matches.
