Provide a way to sort triggers by ID in Configuration menu (to see evaluation order)

      It's know fact that several triggers for the same item are evaluated by trigger ID order (mentioned in ZBX-3163 too).

      If I have many triggers for a single items, I'd like to know their evaluation order, but there is no way to do that.

      Not sure how to do that, as for sort ability a column have to be added, but it doesn't make much sense to display IDs.
