This is somewhat related to ZBXNEXT-46, but I could not find this proposed anywhere.

A lot of people are asking for host based depencies, but this is hard to define well.

For us, trigger based depencies would work, but we miss one feature.

We have lots of devices which have redundant uplinks. This means that even though one of the parent devices is down, the device is still reachable, and should still alert if it has problems.

The way depencies currently are implemented is in an "or" relation, meaning that when either dependency is triggered, the whole childhost is ignored, while it may still have unrelated issues that should alert.

A simple "AND/OR" switch on the trigger dependency page would suffice to let this work for us.
