Make page titles more descriptive

      The page title in the front end currently only has a general description of the page, for example "Latest vales [refreshed every 120 sec]. If the title include some more information, it would make the use of tabs and the back/forward button a lot easier, for example "Latest values - server01" or "Latest values - routerA".
