Add internal item and corresponding trigger for proxy monitoring in default Template App Zabbix Proxy at least in a disabled status.

zabbix[proxy,{HOST.HOST},lastaccess]

Understandable that this will not work if the proxy will be added and configured with a different name than the hostname but then again the item will be already there and user just has to modify one setting in key rather than creating whole item and trigger from scratch.
