the "Operation type" in action condition properties is a dropdown with two fixed choices. it would be better to change it to a horizontal toggle, like host interfaces have the ip/dns choice

while at this, it would be perfect if it could be made more obvious which elements it affects. whether it's grouping them with a line, making it all look like tabs or whatever
