Add y-min-axis=0 option to history.php

      When knocking up graphs via the links on the "Latest data" page (which is super great, thanks for that), we would very much like the ability to define parameters that are available in the graph creation page. Specifically for us we would really like to see the ability to pin the y-axis minimum to 0.

      I took a peek in the source and it doesn't look to be exposed at all in $fields. I also took a look at existing ZBXNEXT and couldn't see this functionality requested elsewhere (apologies if I missed it.)

      In terms of exposing this UI, we'd be more than happy just to append a parameter to the query-string (like &y-axis-min=0) but I appreciate you may want to do things properly and have song kind of form on the page to hand-hold people through the options.
