If you're using multiply Frontend servers (for example, MySQL master-slave replication with two separate Frontend instances connected to these servers) you might want to need make one of them read-only.

Patch in attachment gives you this ability by setting $DB['READONLY'] setting to 1 in zabbix.conf.php file, absence of this setting leaves things intact.
