Our proxies and some agents have already automatically updated to 2.2.15, but there are still no release notes available...

Release notes could be written and published when at rc1 and then just quickly edited at release time - this way we'd have a most convenient way to see what's coming our way soon.

I'm comfortable with Jira, but overall this is a serious quality issue.
