I suggest to change ordering, which will be more logical.
It's safe - web links will remain the same.

1. + Frontend sections <- most important change to be #1
2. + User profile
3. Global search
4. Frontend maintenance mode
5. Page parameters
6. Definitions
7. Creating your own theme

logic is following: most often used page(actually sub-tree) is "Frontend sections" - why it's located on 3rd place?
I periodically find it complicated to navigate to the section in the full tree.
Suggested order should improve it, I suppose.
And - more "user level" topics should be on top, more technical ones - should be below.
