      Hello.
      Unfortunately there are no parameter like 'StartAlerter' to start pre-forked instances of 'zabbix_server: alerter' process. Due to that fact we have huge delay when zabbix have to send really large amount of email. Is it possible to start a few 'zabbix_server: alerter' processes instead of one?
