Currently there no way to set the same value for a given macro to multiple hosts in one step.

• You cannot assign macros to hostgroups
• You cannot mass update multiple host to add a macro

From the UI, the only way is to go host per host and add the macro manually. The only other way to automate this is using the Zabbix API, but I think there should be an UI version of this operation.
