Homogenize nodata() behavior for triggers

      The nodata() function for triggers must have the same behavior :

      • When a host is not reachable
      • When bad SNMPv3 credentials applied to SNMPv3 authPriv item https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-11922
      • On SSH item with bad credentials
      • On an item from an ESXi discovered by vCenter Server
      • ... and other cases I don't know.
