Recurring triggers - limit notifications

      Sometimes there is problem which is recuring. It can be eg. problem with line where packetloss exists. Trigger than goes ON and OFF and notifications are still sent. But there should be some limit for this, similary to nagios. It means when trigger goes up and down x times, it should stay ON until not acknowledged manually or until some minimal recovery time left.
