It is impossible to see which operation or recovery operation you are editing. This is particularly bad if the operations appear to be the same in the list view (e. g. just the message is different). Maybe you can hightlight the line or something.

I also noticed that the message mouseover appears to be broken (i. e. empty) for "Notify all who received any messages regarding the problem before", at least in 3.2.4. This should probably be a different issue though.
