Please consider raising limit of Web scenario (httptest) name to 255 as this is special type of an item that already has 255 characters allowed.

My issue is that I have set up naming conventions that includes FQDN and endpoint description and sometimes I can't fit 64 letters.

I believe this is trivial change with no risk of regressions and make sense to have all name fields with same max length.
