Zabbix queue - empty/cleanup option

      Far too common a post appears in the Forum asking for how to empty the Zabbix Queue after something went wrong.

      It should be added a button in the bottom of the 'Administration | Queue' screen
      which by default would drop the 'More than 10 minutes' queued items
