Option to hide timeline in Problems widget

      For dashboard widget 'Problems' in configuration add checkbox to show timeline.
      it should be checked by default and if it is not checked, timeline should not be displayed in 'Problems' widget.

      This allows to safe space in 'Problems' widget.
