Internal items to monitor cache locking

      Would be nice to have internal items to monitor locking of configuration cache, value cache, history cache, trend cache, etc.:

      • number of times cache was locked;
      • average time needed to acquire lock;
      • total time spent within lock;
      • average time within lock.
