Make possibility to change date format on graphs

      Wanna ask you to realize functionality to change date format on graphs.
      For example, I have this view 'mm-dd-yyyy hh-MM', but more suitable for the post-Soviet space view is 'dd-mm-yyyy hh-MM'.
      It will be great if we'd have possibility to set it just in web-interface.
