Show "500 latest values" menu for all graphs

      Now 500 latest values are available only in Latest data for graphs built from 1 item.
      Due to consistency better to add this menu to all graphs, also in Monitoring -> Graphs.
      In Latest data for graph of several items can show 500 latest values in a table way, see screenshot Selection_060.png
