Trigger displaying options colors under Administration -> General should be by default disabled. Color for them should be defined in themes.
If administrator will be willing to change the color of trigger status, he should be able to enable these fields and rewrite default color by one of his choice, like it is now.
The rewritten color will be same across all themes.
