It would be great to be able to configure conditional criteria, which will allow to "manually close" the problem.
For example, it would check if maintenance tasks are fulfilled.
For example:
Let suppose we monitor specific system.
Then we have several Error log files, which are created only when problem with system occurs.
So then we configure our trigger, which will fire upon such error log file appearance.
These error log files should not persist, when system operates in normal state.
So, generally, we configure "allow to close problem manually".
But we don't want that this would be allowed before administrator deleted these log files. Because persistence of these logs would make problem to be triggered again, or it would prevent problem from occurring again, when it actually happened, since logs already there.
This is just simple popular example.
Conditions may be also other, that indicate that administrator fulfilled maintenance tasks, and only then administrator allowed to close problem.
