Could the functionality to enable / disable trigger blinking on a per user basis be added?

We have a case whereby one user is having difficulty reading the dashboard, and problem views due to the flashing trigger colours. I understand that you can turn these off completely when creating the triggers, but having the ability to disable this per user would be great!
