Right now, we can have an event blinking for a maximum of 24h (86400s).

In the case of an event appearing on Friday or Saturday, this event will not be blinking anymore on monday morning.

This limit should be configurable for problem events and resolved events separately, with the ability to have problem events blinking until acknowledged.
