There have been testing the latest trunk version 13239. My steps and result:
- If the check box "Recovery message" is not set, then the recovery message is sent always be the same as the problem.
- If you add a trigger condition Trigger value = "PROBLEM" then the recovery message is not sent - good.
- If you set a check box "Recovery message" then the recovery message is sent with customized subject and body despite the fact that there is a specified condition Trigger value = "PROBLEM". So this is bad. This need not be - it is confusion for the users.
It turns out that the enabled "Recovery message" check box has a higher priority than the condition Trigger value = "PROBLEM", but that nowhere in the documentation does not say.
All new users expect that to recovery message should not be, and the currently existing messaging logic leads them astray. And I also think that so wrong.
If you are not willing to make such changes (I understand why), then you should clearly articulate in describing these features in the documentation.
