odbc monitoring should be officially supported

      Even though ODBC monitoring exists approximately since r3123 (summer of 2006) we still do not support it officially. In particular, the only documentation that exists is in Russian: http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/non-english/ru/odbc_monitoring (thanks to dotneft!).
