Tag display priority and Tag display names

      1. New option Tag name = Full | Shortened | None
        • Full: display full tag name (default)
        • Shortened: display first 3 letters of tag names
        • None: display only tag values
      2. Tag display priority - in problems (veiw, widget) filter allow to define tags priority as coma separated list.
