      1) We have items net.tcp.dns[] and net.tcp.dns.query[]. The problem is that DNS does not work over TCP, but rather it uses UDP. We should also double-check whether other network-related items are consistent.
      2) net.tcp.dns[] and net.tcp.dns.query[] ignores the <ip> argument
      3) net.tcp.dns[] and net.tcp.dns.query[] doesn't work on Windows
