Fail to bind multiple Interface for zabbix server 1.8.3 rc3

      freebsd with 2 nic em0,em1

      i've change the ListenIP and SourceIP directive to the following :
      ListenIP=91.91.129.14,91.91.129.15
      #sourceIP=

      after running the server by monitoring the traffic by nettop or pktstat, traffic only goes from 91.91.129.14 and the 91.91.129.15 is idle
