It is often useful to compare templates between two systems that should be similar, to ensure they are being kept (manually) in sync.

When exporting a template with discovery rules which contain filters, the filters are not ordered, and two identical templates (even where one was created by an import from the other) may appear as different.  An example is attached, the template on the left was updated by importing the one on the right, then both were exported and they were different (but not really). 

The request is to order the conditions – doesn't much matter how so long as its a unique order that will be the same on both.
