how to use Macros to mean the alerts sendto username in action?

example:

ALERT：{ITEM.NAME}:{ITEM.VALUE}
EVENTID：{EVENT.ID}
USER ：{ALERT.SENDTO}

but Send to' value from user media configuration only support  Alert script parameters

how can I can Send to' value from user media configuration in action configure
