Would it be possible to have a new Condition for Actions/Triggers etc that checks if the thing is inside a specific Maintenance Period?

e.g. If it's inside a Maintenance Period of name like "Change Window" dont trigger/perform action.

If it could be similar to Trigger name where both a like and a not like option are provided it could prove quite flexible.
