Default dashboards for 4.0

We will produce new default dashboard or a few pre-defined dashboards (“Everything (default)" and “Status of zabbix”),  its important because:

• to make Zabbix attractive and useful as much as possible just after initial setup.
• demonstrate Zabbix capabilities.
