The tab "inherited and host macros" provides an easy overview of defined and inherited macros. Using this tab leads to fewer mistakes/issues when overriding macros on the host level.

Currently user macros with context are not show in this overview.

It would be very user friendly to show these macros in this tab (or add another tab with user context macros).
