Would be great to have the possibility to catch custom script when I run a Action.

Under Monitoring -> Problems -> Event details.

I see Trigger details, Event details, Actions and Event list [previous 20]

On Actions I see the action executed by my custom script but I don't see the output.

I also don't have to possibility to see if my exit code is 0 or 1 to be sure the script run normaly.
