Zabbix main interface text content use to HTML display, can not normally display HTML format

      When the template is in the format of text file, display the panel in HTML mode. There is no HTML format for the content display. The display is the same as the text format.but at the zabbix 3.4~3.5 version was normal,It was very fine.
