It would be useful to create host groups in discovery/autoregistration actions.

Use case: when deploying Zabbix instances in various environments, some environments might lack an application that is present in other environments. Instead of pre-creating application-specific host groups everywhere, Zabbix could only create such groups where they would actually have some hosts assigned.
