Rework Applications select in Items and Item prototypes form

      Application select fields have became quite outdated and not very user friendly:

      They might be transformed to standard multiselect, with possibility to create new Application, or select one or multiple Applications for the Item or prototype.
      Also it would be consistent with mass update fields:
