In the item and trigger prototype lists, the first two buttons have been renamed to "Create enabled" and "Create disabled".
while the effort to make it more clear how status is propagated from prototypes to the created items and triggers is appreciated, the button labels are wrong. They mean "something will be created", but clicking that button won't create anything. This is only better than the previous situation in that it will confuse users enough to go and look for documentation.

Suggestion:

Returning button labels to "Enable" and "Disable", but explaining in the confirmation tooltip that "Note that this will not affect the status of already created <items|trigger>, only the ones that will be created from now on."
