Submit Zabbix Server changes to the RH SELinux policy packages

      After installing Zabbix from packages, it fails to start if SELinux is enabled - this is a known issue ZBX-12567 and briefly documented in the upgrade notes, but it looks like the needed changes have not been submitted upstream to the RH SELinux policy packages.

      Could this please be submitted upstream to avoid the need for the manual steps?
