Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to problems screen
2. Hover over arrow that brings up dependencies\

Expected:
I would expect to see the host before the trigger name i.e HostX:TriggerY

This would allow you to see more information for investigation and to differentiate when there are two triggers of the same name, but different hosts as per attachment.
