Extend the TOOLTIP shown content with clicable context menu + URLs

      in the dashboard new graph would be great to have some more clicable context menu + URLs within the graph TOOLTIP shown content.
      Check the attachment for our idea about it.
      And it would be good when there could be at least two of it implemented.
      The RED color would simply open some sort of sub-context menu of what's shown in the circle.
      The BLUE color would open the specific "Latest data" URL.
      The GREEN color would open a specific graph URL.
