Currently, Japanese or other multibyte language version of WIndows OS has standard supported code pages like MS932(SHIFT-JIS), MS936(GB2312) and so on.
Zabbix Server works on with UTF-8, so when we run command using Item key [system.run], if the Return character is Japanese or other multibyte character, the character will be garbled.
Now, we are using some batch process or other third-party program to output UTF-8 format then let Zabbix proceed it, however one of our customer request if we can implement the third parameter to system.run[command,<mode>] in the future like logrt[file_regexp,<regexp>,<encoding>]  to deal with <encoding>.
