Screen lock "Problems" in refresh with over 180 Groups and Subgroups

      After upgrading from version 3.4.8 to 4.2.4 presented the problem.

      Applying the "host group" filter with more than 180 groups and subgroups and when the page tries to refresh presents error as image.
