It would be useful to have a timeshift parameter to the `diff()` function like we have for avg() or last() to be able to compare the last value with any previous value

like item.diff(1d) would compare the last value with the value 1 day ago.

This would be particularly useful for text values that we have no mean to compare at the moment if I understand correctly.
