[D] ZBXNEXT-5176 changed the way how "0" storage period is overridden (i.e., if item has "0" storage period for trends and/or history, it cannot be overridden by global Housekeeper settings). Documentation of Housekeeper settings should describe these changes.

[F][D] ZBXNEXT-5205 changed UI for "History storage period" and "Trend storage period" in item configuration. Instead of displaying "0" value in text box, it now shows buttons "Do not keep history" and "Storage period". These UI changes should be implemented in Housekeeping settings too. Documentation of Housekeeper settings should be updated too. If UI stays the same, Documentation of Housekeeper settings should mention that "0" is valid value for data storage period.
