Steps to reproduce:

1. Download https://www.zabbix.com/downloads/4.0.11/zabbix_agent-4.0.11-win-i386-openssl.msi on Windows
2. Run it
3. Click the checkbox next to Enable PSK

Result:

Expected:
Checkboxes should have labels. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/uxguide/ctrl-check-boxes
So, instead of:

Enable PSK: [x] [===================]

It should be:

[x] Enable PSK

And similar for the other items

(There are accessibility reasons for doing this properly in addition to aesthetics and ui guidelines)
