New maintenance view not on all pages

      Create a new maintenance period and make sure that the host is in maintenance.

       

      Next go to configuration -> Host and make sure that the yellow wrench is visible and the text "Enabled" as introduced in 4.0.10

       

      Now click on the host name, or items or triggers, and you'll see that in the top left, "Enabled" is replaced by "Maintenance" as per old standard.
