Update "Template OS Windows SNMP template"

      Once we have new HOST-RESOURCE-MIB template, let's update SNMP template for windows as well.

      1. Calculate the average CPU metric based on per core stats. Try Adavanced JSONpath.
      2. Filter out network interfaces nobody needs

      1. Investigate that items available in Zabbix agent template can be collected (inventory, vfs.dev etc..)
